The InnovuLens™️ suite of products are cloud-based applications that can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection.
Before you log in, please review our requirements on Firewall Rules, Web Browsers, and Two-factor Authentication.

Firewall Rules

If your organization employs a restrictive, whitelist firewall or web proxy, the following URLs will need to be allowed to access Innovu’s Lens portals:

Web Browsers

Innovu recommends the use of Google Chrome, version 50 or greater, to experience the full functionality of our platform. Alternative browser options include:

  • Mozilla Firefox, version 46 or greater 
  • Microsoft Edge, version 25 or greater 
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 11 or greater
  • Safari, version 9.1 or greater

Two-Factor Authentication

InnovuLens is equipped with Two-factor authentication to prevent unauthorized account access and ensure positive user identification.

Login Credentials


Your username is the first piece of information. It will be unique to you and not shared by anyone else. In most cases, this will be your corporate email address.


The second piece of information is your password. When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to create a strong password that contains:

  • A minimum of 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character

Verification Code

The third piece of information is called a verification code. This is a code that changes every 30 seconds. You can generate the verification code using a mobile app called Google Authenticator*, or have one sent to a known smart phone via SMS Text Messaging.

* Note: Google Authenticator is available on Google Play or the Apple App Store.


After login, you will see your homepage on InnovuLens. The homepage is set to the page specified in your User Settings page (see screenshot to the left). If you have not set the default homepage, you will see the Vault page.

To access your User Settings page, go to the upper right corner of your page > click the dropdown arrow > Settings.
